Only you, the purchaser, or us, the creators, are allowed to make edits, fixes, changes, or further updates to the avatar.

・Do NOT resell our models or their assets in ANY WAY. This includes edited or modified in any way. They still remain under our ownership and copyright.

・Do NOT use illegal versions of our models, please report those persons and do not use. You CANNOT use the model if you did not buy it yourself, or it was not gifted to you via our store. Sharing our models with anyone else is prohibited. If someone claims to have bought it for you, THEY MUST USE THE GIFT FUNCTION.

・Do NOT price-split our models with ANYONE. Sharing them with anyone else is prohibited. Friends, partners, family's etc. Do NOT share them.

・Do NOT claim our models as your own. Even edited/modified, they are our design, our creation. Provide credit where necessary; eg. Instagram/TikTok/Twitch etc.

・Do NOT take any assets, animations, meshes, textures, etc. from our models. Any asset-mining is prohibited and you MUST obtain YOUR OWN license to these assets/textures/animations etc. Check Credits to know where to find them.

・Do NOT set our models as PUBLIC on your account. Setting models for cloning or for World Pedestals is NOT ALLOWED.

・Your Private license to use the model is ONLY valid if you provide the correct information requested at time of checkout. Please provide both your discord username and your vrchat username for our records. This information is not shared or used in any way, only as proof of purchase.

・Commissioned models can be used for streaming IF you paid for COMMERCIAL USE RIGHTS. If you did not, then you may not use it as a Vtuber model/ Streamer model of any kind.

・Do NOT upload the model onto anyone else's account. The purchase made is for 1 person only and if they do not have a valid license then they are subjected to a DMCA and then further legal actions.

・Do NOT share the model with someone else for them to "upload" it for you. If you do this then you are giving them our model package which is against our TOS. Do not send the package or it's files to ANYONE else FOR ANY REASON.

Customizing our model to the point that it no longer includes our original design aspect, main clothing items, changing face and body sculpts, etc. breaks our TOS and can result in a DMCA as it borders on "Asset Mining".

・Do NOT share discount codes/free exclusive codes from our discord server. Those are for people in our server and if you share them then the codes will be removed.

・Price-splitting my assets/avatars with ANYONE. Sharing them with anyone else is prohibited. Friends, partners, family's etc. Do NOT share them.

・Your license to use the asset is ONLY VALID if you provide the correct information at checkout. Otherwise I have no proof of purchase and will issue a DMCA. You may also be blacklisted for breaking TOS.

・Sharing codes for server exclusive assets, if you do: the code will be REMOVED and the assets may no longer be available, and the culprit will be banned.

・Sharing server exclusive discount codes for ANYTHING, if you do: the code will be REMOVED, your access will be removed, and action will be taken against you.

・If you have been banned or blacklisted from our store or Discord, use of all avatars or assets for Personal / Commercial / Public / Free is completely revoked.

・Any assets any member of Ma Machi helped create falls under the umbrella of our blacklist and is not allowed to be used by blacklisted/banned users. It may not be on our shop, but it is still our work. [Ie. Anything we rig, texture, make meshes for, etc.]

・You CANNOT use our assets in any way, especially if taken from another creator's model. This is called asset mining, and is another wayt to illegally gain access after being banned/blacklisted.

・You CANNOT use any 3rd party sites, forums, sharing websites, leaker sites, discord servers, sharing with friends etc. to illegally gain access to assets/avatars after being banned/blacklisted.

・You are NOT allowed price-split my assets/avatars with ANYONE to illegally gain access after being banned/blacklisted.
